Welcome to the November issue of Stylophiles Online. This month brings a couple of long awaited pens, first to our attention was the new Sheaffer Legacy Heritage Victorian. At last... Something new from Sheaffer! And the pen itself managed to live up to our expectations. With a company so closely tied to the history of writing in America, it's nice to see that they haven't disappeared completely. As a limited edition based on their popular Legacy series of pens, the new Victorian comes across as a great pen, both in looks and in performance.

Also of note this month, the preponderance of "oversize" pens. Both OMAS and Visconti are featured this month with new, larger versions of their standard flagship models. OMAS with the Paragon, and Visconti with the Opera. In both cases, the new pens are truly oversize, not just slightly longer. If you're a fan of big pens, you'll be quite happy to see these new arrivals!

Coming up next month, a look at the new limited edition from Conway Stewart, the Windsor, as well as the Trellis collection from David Oscarson, another limited edition that has to be seen to be believed.

In the regular pens department, we've gotten our hands on the new Ancora Maxima, which proves to be a bit of a departure from Ancora's past designs.

We're also working on some more in-depth coverage of Vintage pens and fountain pen history as well.

As always, we're always looking for articles, pens vintage and modern, paper, ink, anything connected to the hobby of collecting pens in fact. Please feel free to contact us at stylophiles@comcast.net
